Our services remain available 24/7, and our dedicated call centre team is working hard to answer your inquiries and dispatch service calls as fast as they can. We may change ways in how we deliver our services, such as longer wait times on the phone with our Customer Service Representatives, but rest assured we will not leave you stranded.

For your added protection, our third-party Service Providers are undertaking thorough cleaning and sanitization of their towing vehicles, and we encourage you not to shake hands and not to ride along with the Service Providers if possible.  

As always, if you’re on the road and need immediate assistance due to an injury or a dangerous situation, please call 911 immediately.
